The Meridien Court Owners’ Association Pool and Park Rules must be adhered to during your event. In addition, the following rules have been added to Group Events:

PLEASE NOTE: The Board of Directors has set the maximum group size at twenty-five (25) individuals per group to ensure that no single group overwhelms the facilities or blocks the use of the facilities by other homeowners.

Homeowners with more than 4 (four) guests at the pool or park must receive approval to have an event in either of these areas. The group Reservation form must be filled out and sent to:

Howe Association Management, Inc.

485 Hartz Ave. Suite 100

Danville, CA 94526

A check in the amount of $50.00 made payable to Meridien Court, must be included with the form. The check will be held as a cleaning deposit and is fully refundable following your event.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are not for exclusive use.

Homeowner is responsible for contacting Howe Association Management, Inc. regarding confirmation of receipt of their application.

Your guests will be required to wear Pool Party ID cards while in the pool compound. (The cards clip on to clothing). Your guests will receive a card at the guard shack on the day of your event. The cards must be returned following your event.

Reservations will not be accepted for three day National Holidays.

1)      Remember the pool and park areas are still open to all homeowners during your event. Please be considerate of them and their right to use chairs, tables, and grass areas. Instead of assuming you will be able to use all the tables and chairs available, please bring some of your own.

2)      After your event, please leave the facility cleaner than it was when you arrived. If you have served food, you must sweep and wash down the area where the food was served and consumed. Pool Monitors will provide a hose for you.

3)      If you produce more trash than will fit comfortably into the trash cans available, please take it with you.

4)      If you have grouped some of the tables and chairs together for your event, please return them to their more normal position in the pool and park areas.

The office will inspect the area after you have cleaned up and departed. If no additional cleaning is required, your $50.00 deposit will be returned to you.
