The business affairs of the Meridien Court Owners' Association are managed by a professional manager or management company selected by the Board of Directors.  Under the terms specified in the bylaws no employment contract with a manager shall be for a period longer than one (1) year except where the terms of the contract have been approved by the Federal Housing Administration or the Veterans Administration.  The board may delegate to the manager any of its duties, powers, or functions, including the authority to deposit or withdraw funds from the accounts of the Association.
